Good morning!

We had a great first day and are looking forward to a great season. Attached you will find a new meet schedule. We added a meet on July 8th at Canyon Club. 

Our first meet is one week away (June 7th - ACC Meet - 601 Laguna Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87104). There will be a bus available. If your swimmer wants to ride the bus, please have them at the city pool by 5:30 am. Bus leaves at 5:40 am. Warmup is 7:30 am and the meet starts at 8:00 am. If you are bringing your swimmer to the meet, be sure to arrive by 7:10 am.

What to bring to the meet:

• Team suit (If you don't have one yet, girls can wear a one-piece suit and boys can wear jammers or swim trunks).
• Goggles
• Swim cap - if you have one
• Sunscreen
• Towel
• Water/Gatorade/snacks

Also, please see the instructions below on how to sign up your swimmer(s) for meets and how to volunteer as a timer (the best seat in the house). If you are not sure what events your swimmer is able to swim, you can talk to the coach. You can just mark that your swimmer will/will not attend the meet for now.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

If your team allows your athletes to declare attendance and/or select meet entries:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• If the coach allows the athlete to select events, select the appropriate events from the list shown. If a prompt comes up that asks if you have received coach’s approval, make sure you get that approval on deck or via email.
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
• Click Save to record your choices.
