Good Morning!

Our first swim meet of the season is scheduled for June 6, 2022 at the Tennis Club of Albuquerque - 2901 Indian School Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. There will be a bus available (the swimmers are not required to ride the bus). The bus will leave at 6:30 am from the City of Socorro pool parking lot. Warm up is at 8:00 am. Meet starts at 8:30 am. 

Please log into the swimtopia app and let us know by the end of today if your swimmer(s) will be attending the meet and what events they want to swim in (max of 3 individual events per swimmer).

We will also need timers for the meet. Please sign up on the swimtopia app - or reply back to this email.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• If the coach allows the athlete to select events, select the appropriate events from the list shown. If a prompt comes up that asks if you have received coach’s approval, make sure you get that approval on deck or via email.
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
• ClickSave to record your choices.
